State of the art factory facility means your deadlines and budgets are under control!

Hansens has a large capacity factory that when required can produce very high quantities of output.

Factory floor size is 1500 square metres and this is divided into various work areas in order to ensure smooth and productive work flow.

When required Hansens can operate with a full staff of 30 tradesmen on the floor with administration staff in addition to this.

Hansens is equipped with modern machinery and facilities. Computer aided production systems are used extensively from administration, through to production management and in production itself.

This leaves skilled tradesmen time to concentrate on the finer aspects of producing quality furniture.

The factory also boasts a modern paint booth and is operated by an experienced paint shop team. There are literally hundreds of different kinds of finishes and the importance of achieving a perfect result is clearly obvious.

The paint shop is well known throughout the local manufacturing industry and completes contract work for many other local businesses.
